Sanjeev Chaurasia is the Chief Investment Officer of FH Capital. Prior to joining FH Capital, Mr. Chaurasia was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse where he served as Head of Industrials and Renewable Energy for Asia Pacific. Before moving to Hong Kong in 2011, Mr. Chaurasia was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse’s Global Energy Group based in New York, where he co-founded the firm’s leading renewable energy practice.

Dennis Shi is an Executive Director of FH Capital. He is experienced in operations, investor relations, and strategic planning across global markets. Mr. Shi previously worked for a tech startup managing early fundraising activities. He holds a BS in Business Administration & Management from the University of Southern California. He is an Australian citizen with US work experience.

Mitchell Shi is an Executive Director of FH Capital. He is experienced in fundraising and operations. Mr. Shi has worked with a cleantech startup, assisting with early-stage fundraising and building the operations team. He holds a BS in Environmental Studies from Santa Clara University. He is an Australian citizen with US work experience.
Michael Lian

Michael Lian is an Associate of FH Capital. Prior to joining FH Capital, Mr. Lian was an Associate with Credit Suisse where he was part of the APAC Industrials & Renewable Energy team. He has participated in over 10 transactions across the spectrum of initial public offerings and M&A in the renewable energy, industrials, and metals & mining sectors. Mr. Lian holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Economics from Peking University.
Catherine Tang

Catherine Tang is an Associate of FH Capital. She is experienced in operations and client relations. Prior to joining FH Capital, Ms. Tang worked in an auction house, managing client relationships and assisting in artifact valuations. She holds a BS in Molecular, Cell & Developmental Biology from UCLA.
Gladys Chung
Financial Controller of ES Foundry (HK) Limited
Gladys Chung is the Financial Controller of ES Foundry Corp. She is a CPA of CPA Australia. Prior to joining ES Foundry, Ms. Chung served in a role where she led the integration of new software to streamline accounting and financial processes, enhancing efficiency. She was also responsible for all finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable processes, tax returns, and annual audit preparation. Ms. Chung was an Audit Senior Associate at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, participating in statutory audit engagements for listed and IPO companies. She holds a BCom in Accounting from Curtin University.
